Need the excel formula for calculating the Total Rate of Return Column on the far right. I am looking for the specific excel formula to return the same answer as seen on the far right. I beleive there is an extra step for the first 1 that is not required for the rest, but I cannot figure it out so any help would be greatly appreciated! The bottom picture is the paramters and numbers etc for where the numbers in the excel sheet came from.
