Bank Reconciliation Review Casey's Candy Corner showed a cash balance of $10,250 on their December 31" trial balance. They received their bank statement also dated December 31 and noticed it had a cash a balance of $9,160. Upon further investigation, they noticed the following reconciling items. The bank deposited $30 of interest into Casey's account. Two checks were written by Casey's for inventory that had not cleared the bank. They were check #348 for $130 and #350 for $200. Casey mistakenly recorded a check for wages as $1,160 in the check register that correctly cleared the bank for $1,610. A check from one of Casey's customers had insufficient funds (NSF) to clear the bank. The check was for the amount of $300. Casey made a deposit of $2,200 to the bank on December 31" that did not appear on the bank statement. The bank collected a note receivable for Casey's in the amount of $1,500 and deposited into their account. Prepare the Bank Reconciliation as of December 31" and the necessary journal entries
