Need to determine the headcount at the end of the year so I need to write a formula in cell M2 that says If H2 is less than or equal to cell N1 and if cell K1 is blank or is greater than cell N1 then say true; if not, say false.

For Example: M2 should equal True because the hire date is before the date in cell N1 and because cell K1 is blank M3 should equal False because the hire date is before the date in cell N2 and because the termination date is before the date in cell N1
