a) On 1st October 2021 Fikri made an offer to Ismail, his close friend since childhood, to sell his house for MR50,000. The house is a three-storey bungalow with 9 bedrooms (all with attached bathrooms) and has a swimming pool. It is situated on a half-acre land located in Shah Alam, Selangor. Fikri said to Ismail he will keep the offer open until end of the month. On 28th October, Fikri died. On 29th October Ismail made an acceptance, not knowing that Fikri has died. Later, Fikri's beneficiaries (his children) refused to sell (transfer) the land to Ismail alleging that there is no contract between their father and Ismail. They also said that the price for the house was ridiculously cheap and unreasonable. b) If all other facts remain the same, would your answer be different if Ismail made an acceptance on 1st November 2021?
