Need to use C$++.$ Write a value$-$returning function isVowel, that returns the value true if any given character is a vowel and otherwise returns false on non$-$vowel characters. when printing the value of a bool, true will be displayed as $1$ and false will be displayed as $0.$ Program must be able to run through the whole alphabet. please help $-$ I have tried many ways with no success of it being able to run through the whole alphabet and I keep getting errors for that
