Need to write a python function that takes a list of tuples and returns a list where the duplicate tuples are removed. Using set and dictionaries are not permitted.

For example: A list of [(5,7), (9,3,2), (4,5), (5,7)] would turn into [(5,7), (9,3,2), (4,5)]
