Please see the response below. When completing my most recent self appraisal, I identified several personal and collective goals for the next evaluation period. One of these goals was reflecting on several departmental and team challenges I want to tackle and hopefully solve. Another was identifying roles and tasks I've taken charge of since starting my current role that I would now like to make more collaborative or delegate to other colleagues. I've already started working towards this by discussing with my team and departmental colleagues about the what, how, and why of our daily workflows. My hope is that these goals will work in tandem to open up avenues for me to assume new responsibilities to grow my position, improve my existing professional skills, and strengthen my knowledge of university policy and procedure both within the School of Music and across campus.
