Need your assistant answering this question. Are the supervisor's desired developmental goals for the applicant appropriate/realistic for SEP? Lucie has an incredibly strong internal compass that guides her decision making. This compass has allowed her to take initiative when she feels confident in her decision-making, such as starting a new project or making a connection between two seemingly unconnected issues. Lucie's own decision-making skills are very sound, though I would love to see her grow in the area of confidence in trusting her decision-making and taking the initiative to execute decisions without my input. Of course, there will always be areas where she may need to work collaboratively with me or our Assistant Director to make decisions, but there has never been a decision that Lucie has initiated that I did not find understandable, reasonable, or well-intentioned. I believe coaching on trusting her own intuition in the workplace will make Lucie much stronger than she already is, and propel her into a position of leadership. I am so proud to see how much she has grown, and believe that this skill will help take her to the next level in her own professional development
