   3. Send a short email to a department, giving them "kudos" for a good review. If the review is about very clean rooms, you may want to send a note to housekeeping. If the review names someone, you may send a note to that person, and their manager.
   4. Imagine that you are pitching this business to investors, and you want to use the review as a testimonial. What is a key benefit underlying the review?
