Los resultados del cuestionario revelan diversas reas de oportunidad que pudieran ser la causa por las que la empresa no ha alcanzado las metas estratgicas. Luego de analizar los resultados del cuestionario, t, como CEO de la empresa, les has hecho observaciones y preguntas especficas a los empleados en diferentes departamentos. En el Departamento de Produccin, se identificaron 5 empleados que se proyectan inseguros y desmotivados por falta de instrucciones claras sobre las tareas que realizan. En el Departamento de Ventas se encontr que el estilo del lder no le permite conectar con el equipo de trabajo y orientarlos al logro de las metas estratgicas. Tambin en este departamento se identific la situacin de falta de experiencia, poco entrenamiento y puestos vacantes de personal especializado. Por otra parte, en el Departamento de Finanzas se encontr que el lder est desmotivado y no brinda apoyo, orientacin, ni informacin exacta a los empleados. Finalmente, en el Departamento de Investigacin y Desarrollo, el gerente ha estado enfermo por ms de un mes, pero esto no ha impactado las operaciones debido a que los empleados dominan a cabalidad las tareas y tienen plena comprensin de sus deberes y responsabilidades. Este hallazgo en el Departamento de Investigacin y Desarrollo nos presenta la interrogante sobre la necesidad de un lder en este departamento.

The results of the questionnaire reveal various areas of opportunity that could be the reason why the company has not achieved its strategic goals. After analyzing the results of the questionnaire, you, as the CEO of the company, have asked specific observations and questions to employees in different departments. In the Production Department, 5 employees were identified who are seen as insecure and unmotivated due to a lack of clear instructions about the tasks they perform. In the Sales Department it was found that the leader's style does not allow him to connect with the work team and guide them to achieve strategic goals. Also in this department, the situation of lack of experience, little training and vacant positions for specialized personnel was identified. On the other hand, in the Finance Department it was found that the leader is unmotivated and does not provide support, guidance, or accurate information to employees. Finally, in the Research and Development Department, the manager has been sick for more than a month, but this has not impacted operations because employees have fully mastered the tasks and have full understanding of their duties and responsibilities.
