News Interview Anchor (Job A--Competency)- Instructions: After reading the assigned reading materials, think about a leadership concept that is interesting to you. You will conduct an interview with a real leader about the chosen concept.We know it is important for leaders to demonstrate competency with certain leadership concepts.Design 7-8 questions around a chapter concept that is most interesting to you. The questions you design will enlighten your team members about the material we are studying from a leader's point of view. Find a leader to conduct the interview using the questions you designed. You may interview a real leader (via phone, Zoom, or face to face). No FAKE interviews please. Post the questions, responses, and summary about the interview in your deliverable. The summary should relate findings from your interview to the chapter reading material AND should be supported with one peer reviewed article.Note: The summary should contain key reflection points from the interview and highlight concepts and principles from the chapter reading. Add the peer reviewed support to your summarynot in the interview.
