Nicole was out shopping when she saw a display of a well known brand of lingerie in the shop window. Besides the display was a large card with the words, ‘For Today Only’ Special Offer, RM 10.’ Nicole immediately went into the shop and chose the lingerie. However when she went to the payment counter to pay, she was told that the lingerie was not for sale. Nicole wishes to know whether she could legally insist on purchasing the lingerie at the price of RM10.
