Niloufer is employed by Jaffer as a trainee mechanic. Jaffer's sister, Eunbee brings her car to the shop. It has an engine problem. Niloufer has never worked on a car's engine before. Jaffer asks Niloufer to work on the engine. Niloufer works on the engine. Later when Eunbee drives off in the car, the engine explodes, injuring Eunbee. What can Eunbee legally do, if anything. Can you please explain this, I'm having a hard time understanding.
