Nirmala bought a second-hand laptop computer from Reliable Computers Pty Ltd.

Nirmala paid $420 for the laptop spent a further $75 having it overhauled.

After using the computer for four (4) months, the police arrived at Nirmala's home and asked to examine the laptop.

The police then told Nirmala that the laptop had been stolen and took it away. The police later returned the laptop to Bibek, its original and true owner.
