Chapter 9 deals with ideas and information that we touched on in the last discussion question, as it dealt with intellectual property. Copyrights, patents, and trademarks are very valuable corporate assets, and infringements of them can be damaging. Discuss the various remedies that are available and their effectiveness when intellectual property, such as copyright and patent are interfered with.

Describe a situation where a legal issue with intellectual property has impacted you, or where you have read about a situation in the news. Briefly describe what remedies you would now consider in that situation.
