Flipping the switch provided 6 V to the capacitor and we measured the voltage over time to watch the capacitor charge. The value of the capacitor was 10 microfarad and we carried out the experiment with two different resistors: 47 k$ and 100 k$2 in order to compare how resistance affected the charging and discharging time.
