No Good Deed Goes Unpunished Sara frequently brings food [some of which she prepares at home] and snacks to work and openly shares the food

No Good Deed Goes Unpunished Sara frequently brings food [some of which she prepares at home] and snacks to work and openly shares the food with others in her department. Everyone enjoys the chips, candy, homemade cookies, lemonade, Pepsi-Cola, etc. she stores in the staff lounge area. Sara happily spends at least $50 dollars a week, out of her own pocket, to keep the snacks and food in full supply. There is a jar in the staff lounge for her co-workers to contribute, but her co- workers rarely do. She does insist, however, they leave the bottles so she could return them for the deposit. She ends up collecting about half the bottles each time as workers sometimes fail to return the bottles (take the soda home or throw the bottle away, etc.). As usual, Sara brought in bottles of Pepsi-Cola and stored them in the refrigerator of the staff lounge. This month, however, Pepsi- Cola was running a promotion where one lucky person would win $1,000,000. (Sara was not aware of the promotion.) As luck would have it, one of the bottles Sara purchased was the lucky winner; however, one of Sara's co-workers discovered the bottle, not Sara. The co-worker feels that he should be able to claim the $1,000,000 prize; Sara thinks she should since he did not pay for the bottle of Pepsi-Cola and she always insists the bottles be returned to her.

In your informed and reasoned opinion, who should be entitled to the $1,000,000 prize?

2) Provide at least three LOGICAL arguments to support your view.

Lastly, assume the prize money CANNOT be split. One person and one person only should receive the prize money - Sara or her co-worker
