9.03 Stay Gold | Schoology X S 9.03 Stay Gold Choose one of the following Robert Frost poems to complete this task. . "Mending Wall" "Birches" "The Vantage Point" "The Runaway" . "Putting in the Seed" For this assignment, you will create your own visual representation of your chosen poem using PowerPoint (or your choice of software) to create an electronic presentation. Design slides that represent the images in the poem. The images can be created using photography, clip art, collage, drawing, or any other means of visual representation. Look at this presentation for the poem "Nothing Gold Can Stay" to see an example. Step One: Write the title of the poem and the author's name (Robert Frost) on the first slide in your presentation. Then, insert the lines of the poem onto the slides. You will break the lines where you want to add images. You should also identify four literary devices from the lesson used in the poem with the lines in which they are found. Step Two: Find images to go with the descriptions found in your selected poem. For each image in the poem that strikes you as powerful, find a picture that you think demonstrates the poet's intent. You must have no less than five images. After you add each image, make sure you cite the source. The ACCESS Adding Images resource will help you with this step. Step Three: Record your own voice reciting the poem you chose. Refer to the Power Point Audio Instructions webpage and the ACCESS Audio/Video Activity Instructions page for instructions on how to create your recording. Don't forget to listen to your recording before attaching it
