Nobtaining for Minor is;

A.Allowed if the minor can provide proper identification such as a state identification card and demonstrates a clear understanding of the document to signed.

B.Allowed if a credible witness (es) swear to the identity of the minor and the minor demonstrates a clear understanding of the document to be signed.

C.Is allowed if the minor legal guardian sign on the minor behalf, but the minor must appear with the guardians at the time of the notarization to verify his/her understanding of the document contains.

D.All are acceptable.
