Norah is an outdoor pool manager for her local YMCA. In this role, Norah supervises the outdoor poc staff and promotes youth development and healthy living, and social responsibility among the outdoor pool staff. Norah has noticed several members of the outdoor pool staff taking smoking breaks in their designated outdoor break area. Although, this area isn't designated as non-smoking, it is in view of the outdoor pool and therefore in view of the YMCA members utilizing the outdoor pool. Norah has decided to designate the break area as non-smoking and request that the outdoor pool staff refrain from smoking during their shift. The outdoor pool staff, not surprisingly, has some concerns about this new policy.
