Our representative needs to understand the need to be more nurturing because that is something expected in the local culture. That does not mean we have to fully conform to the local culture, but it means we need to have a fine balance.

We should be having a cangersation with our franchisee there. Our representative is exhibiting American values, which obviously are superior to the local cultural values. There is a reason we have been so successful in the U$.$S$.$ The local employees need to learn from us$.$
