Note, it is not asking you to find a probability. Rather it is asking you to find how many bulbs you need to pick. To answer this, you will have to do some algebra, and use of logarithms.

A box contains a large number of red and yellow tulip bulbs. A quarter of the bulbs are red. Bulbs are picked randomly from the box. How many bulbs must be picked so that the probability there is at least one red tulip bulb among them is greater than 0.95
