Consider the figure below. A ball, initially at rest, is placed at a top of the inclined plane with height equal to 5 meters. The slope of the aforementioned inclined plane is equal to 30 degrees. What are the kinetic, potential, and mechanical energies at points 1, 2, and 3. Point 2 is placed at the bottom of the inclined plane. Point 3 is placed exactly at the midway of point 1 and 2.
