2. Summarize the characteristics of a project-driven organization.
3. Describe the "value stream" for a business you are familiar with and distinguish what elements/activities should be minimized or eliminated in their manufacturing operation since they are considered "wastes". Explain why you feel these activities/characteristics are wastes.
