You must demonstrate the ability to do this in your assign ment!]. 3-- USE THE TURN OVER FORMULA! Each of your turnover calculations must be expressed as a TU RNOYER RATE. In other words, use the turnover formula to calculate each. Your numerator [the top number in the equation} will change based on the termination type, but the denominator {the bottom number in the equation] will stay the same for all turnover calculations} PART 2: Memo to Management '1. Create a memo to the company president, informing him of the results of the turnover analysis. I Make sure to include brief explanations of the different types of turnover, so he will know what is included in each category. I Inc! ude a summary of the turnover rates the overall turnover rate AND the rates for each category. [It may be helpful to use a Table in Word to present this data neatly and professionally]. I Inc! ude any observations you have regarding the organization's turnover in each category. I Include any recommendations you have for reducing turnover of various types.
