Topic Questionnaire about the satisfaction of using IPONE13

L Apple Store is an Apple chain store. Aiming at user satisfaction, L Apple Store wanted to know customers' views and attitudes towards the use of IPHONE13, so I entrusted me to conduct market research. After understanding the needs of the L Apple store, I used the Likert scale to investigate the opinions and attitudes of users of Apple 13 and obtained the quantitative scores of each subject, and then calculated these scores algebraically. And, get the total score of personal attitude, constitute a Likert scale.

A Likert Scale (developed by Rensis Likert) is a psychometric scale used to represent the opinion, feeling or attitude of a person towards a product or service of an organization among others. It is commonly used in researches because it is easy to use, easy to interpret and it is also easy for the respondents to understand and answer. Likert Scales can vary from 2-point to 9-point (or even more) scale. Basically, a Likert Scale gives a quantitative value to a qualitative data. The four main types of the responses in a likert scale are:

  1. Agreement,
  2. Likelihood,
  3. Satisfaction, and
  4. Importance
