Notwithstanding the loss or destruction of the thing, the obligation may still subsist in the following except in one of the following cases:

1. By stipulation of the parties
2. In cases of Robbery
3. If the nature of the obligations requires the assumption of risk
4. If provided by law
5. In cases of the sale of future goofs
6. In cases of Theft
