Now, if you have taken my Media class you have talked about Urban Legends. I want to take that a little further and ask the question of how Urban Legends and even Horror movies try to explain evil. I don't think many of us want admit that true evil exists, but the legends seem to make it more palatable. Look at the truth of an Urban Legend or Horror movie of your choice and explain how a true crime became that Urban Legend or Movie... All of the following have roots in real life serial killers. But you can find your own if you like. I have also added some podcasts and such to help you with the suggestions below.
