Now that all the pleadings in the Bennett case have been filed, your supervising attorney will be meeting with the attorney for the defendants pursuant to Rule 26 of the Federal Rules to develop a mutual discovery plan. The Federal Rules require the parties to identify the subjects on which discovery is needed. You have been asked to review the file and make a list of specific subjects or topics on which discovery is needed. You have also been asked to identify which discovery methods (deposition, interrogatories, etc.) should be used to obtain the needed information
