Nowadays, the context about business activities and research based on the nation state is not appropriate anymore. It has an impact on companies but also on customers and population. They don't consume on the same format so the companies adapted themselves to this new market: mass consumption, importance of the rapid global transportation 8:. international communication and the growing importance of know-how. As we are now living in a globalized and connected world called: a \"Juggernaut\". This expression means that the globalization is like a power that we can't struggle and that erase everything of the past traditional world. From my point of view, we can't ght against globalization, but we can manage it... Globalization is a social and cultural process in which individuals of different cultural backgrounds interact with each other. Nowadays, globalization interferes in all spheres of life, much more intensively than in the past. This integration has consequences on individuals because it changes their ways of thinking and their cultural values. Culture can be a way of thinking [beliefs and values), but also a way of behavior (dress, eat, have), as language for example. With globalization, a global culture appears at the same time that we saw a loss in cultural values. Globalization and 'ee trade, developed after the collapse of the Berlin wall in 1989, generate the diffusion of a cultural model with individual, materialistic values and urbanized norms. Each culture and subculture have their own values, beliefs and behaviors, and we can oen see some confrontation between different cultures, especially at work.
