Ann Tan, the director of nursing at a district hospital in Perak, is concerned about the declining number of blood donors. It is June, and Ann knows that the approaching Eid al-Fitr and festive moods among the Malaysian society will mean increased demands for blood and decreased supply, especially of rare blood types. Normally, there will be uncalled road accidents among motorists during festive seasons. To Ann's excitement, TRIM Incorporated, a large multinational corporation offers to host a series of blood donation drives at all its branches, beginning at its corporate headquarters. Ann, with open hands accepted the offer. She immediately organized a team of nurses to be at the corporate site.

Soon after Ann and her team arrive at the site, she hears a complaint. Apparently, a nurse named Sherry was drawing blood from a male donor when the donor purposely touched her body.Sherry jumped back and began to cry. Harris, a male colleague, sprang to Sherry's defense and forced the donor to leave the premises. To Sherry's horror, the male donor is a senior manager at TRIM Incorporated.
