Objective: Demonstrate an understanding of quality tools.

Take a look around your workplace (your immediate area/modality, department, and organization), school, or walk into a healthcare organization. Here are a couple of images of quality tools I found on the BC campus:

What types of quality tools do you see? Bar charts, graphs, fishbones, etc? (evergreen hospital) What quality measurement is being demonstrated? Do you see progress or trends? Is it meaningful to you? What would you like to see that you don't? If you have trouble finding any of these - please share that as well.
