Description: Design a fictional retreat for a group or organization that is in need of renewal, including the foundational premise for each of the design components.

Some key areas to address:

• In context of this particular group or organization, what prompted the need for this retreat (i.e. how did you know it was needed)?
• What will be the goals for it? How will you know they have been accomplished?
• Where will you go and what activities will be included?
