It will consist of 3 stories of 9,600 SF/floor. There will be about 275 people working in the space on general office tasks. The building footprint is a rectangle with dimensions 120'x80' with the 120' sides facing north and south. The stories are each 15' tall. On the north and south walls, there is 40% Glass. On the West and East walls, there is 23% Glass. The U-Value of all the windows is 0.450 with a shading coefficient of 0.47. The R-value for the roof is 22 and the roof construction medium construction with 2" insulation and 2" h.w. concrete. Assume a dark roof. The R-value for all of the walls is 11.4.
