Refer to Case Study C - The meeting You must prepare a short summary handout (one side of an A4 page) that explains the issue, identifies the three points of concern, and what needs to be achieved. You can do this in any way, but you must make sure this is professional and formal in appearance (it should have a heading and fit neatly on the page). You should base this scenario on your business Industry in order to provide context to the issue. For example, you can add additional details that could be relevant, such as the type of workplace or how it is used, or provide examples of non-compliance to explain the issue. You may want to research WHS to find out more Information on hygiene and cleanliness. Your handout must fit on one A4 side of paper, be clear to read, and have a logical and ordered structure. You should check this is correct in spelling, grammar and meaning. Additional images or colour are not necessary but may be included. When complete, attach a printed copy of this to your workbook (this will represent the distribution of the handout)
