This is a role play activity to be conducted in groups of three to four, with all participants playing the role of the relevant stakeholders.

Lead a meeting with relevant stakeholders to gain their approval for the plan that you created in Activity 1C.

During the meeting, you must seek approval for:

• How you will collect the required information.
