Part 1: Strategic Management and Planning Tools Develop a personal vision and mission statement, and then conduct a SWOT analysis to consider what you want to do in five years. What tools could you use to discover potential opportunities or threats during the next five years? How might you use forecasting techniques to evaluate whether your plan for five years from now makes sense? How could benchmarking help you improve the plan you have for your life? Task: Prepare a short essay of 400-500 words describing your analysis, Part 2: Leadership and Trust Create a log spanning one week, with at least 7 entries, each corresponding to a different day of the week. in this log, document how your daily decisions and actions encouraged people to trust or not trust you. You can either utilize the standard logbook format we've given you or design your table. If you opt for the Excel template we've provided, kindly copy and paste the table into a Word document and include it in your submission. As you compose your brief essay using the events detailed above, consider the following questions: 1. What things did you do that led to trust? 2. What things did you do that may have led to distrust? 3. How could you have changed your behaviour so that the distrust could have been a situation of trust?
