Obligees on public assistance who receive child-support help from a IV-D agency:

a. must assign the obligor's support duty to the state IV-D agency or government welfare agency that collects support from an obligor

b. must assign the obligee's support rights to the state IV-D agency or government welfare agency that collects support from an obligor

c. must notify the obligors of such assistance if it is safe to do so

d. must notify the IV-D agency of income received from employment of the obligee
