Observations show that skills have improved. There are few errorsimistakes occurring with their work and they seem to have greater confidence and happiness in their role. The team is working much better and there seems to be less stress all around. I have noticed that the coach has been checking up on progress and taking steps to correct beahviourfactions where required. This appears to have been a success
