(a) Identify the key areas considered by these companies.

(b) Are there any differences or similarities in corporate governance practices?

(c) Do you believe you could judge or rank the relative standard of corporate governance of these companies based on the information provided? If not, what other information would you need to do so? (d) Which company would you rank has having the best (or worst) corporate governance from these disclosures? Explain how you have arrived at this decision. (e) Compare your rankings with those of other students. Identify and discuss the reason for any discrepancies between rankings.
