Occupational diseases from exposures in the workplace continue to be the leading cause of work related fatality in Ontario. Over the years we've changed our legislation to ensure greater protection for workers, such as incorporating GHS into our WHMIS program. Based on the review of the different regulations in this module do you think our legislation is sufficient or do we have more work to do to ensure worker protection from chemical exposures?
