OCCUPIER'S LIABILITY

InHospitalityLaw, Occupiers' Liability isfield of tort lawthat concerns the duty of care owed by those who have control over a premise (through ownership or lease), to people who visit or trespass. The liability may arise from accidents caused by the dangerous condition of the premises, but the degree of liability may vary depending on whois the visitor or the premise.
