October RFP HOTEL ROOMS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL We require 100 double occupancy weekend rooms for four consecutive weeks for Tauck tours. This tour group will be staying in the hotel prior to boarding the Rocky Mountaineer Train for a tour of the Canadian Rockies. This is a \" guest rooms only\" solicitation. In addition to the rate offered, we will also be factoring in the quality/ condition of the guest rooms and public Space and the amount of facilities and services within the hotel. Tauck tour guests appreciate leisure based amenities like a spa Arrival will be Friday morning and departure will be Monday morning.
