The suspect claimed he had stopped running and gave himself up to Officer Shaw, meaning Officer Shaw had no right to use the TASER to subdue him.
2. The second incident was an intoxicated Hispanic female running from the police after she causes a car crash. There were witnesses that saw Officer Shaw subdue the female and conflicting reports on the amount of physical force used.
3. The latest incident, a white male who was throwing punches at officers and refusing to cooperate, was caught on Officer Shaw's body camera. Officer Shaw can be seen hitting the suspect with his baton after he had been handcuffed and lying on the ground.

The media has aired the above story, and Police Chief Liam Kim now must react.
