Officer Jones stops to look into the window. Officer Jones can see a table with a pipe and several baggies. Of the baggies, the officer can see 3 of them have an off-white rocky substance and 2 with a leafy-green substance. Officer Jones has been an officer for 5 years and has extensive training and experience in identifying how the appearance of how narcotics are packaged, transported and ingested. Officer Jones knocks on the door. Betty opens the door.From the door out pours cannabis smoke. The odor is overwhelming. Officer Jones tells Betty he saw the baggies of narcotics from the window and tells her he is going to collect them. Before Betty can respond, Officer Jones walks in and collects the baggies and pipe. Betty is arrested.
