2. What is Microsoft Azure currently planning for the future, with regard of strategy use?

3. Porter suggested that an organization which combines generic strategies but fails to achieve any of them is 'stuck in the middle'. Do you agree with this opinion? Why yes/no, and what would be an argument for use (with use of examples from Azure's competitive strategy)?

4. What could two recommendations for Microsoft Azure be, in regards to its competitive strategy, to improve this business ?

5. Using Ansoff's framework on Corporate Strategy Directions to identify and briefly discuss the directions that have been relevant to Microsoft Azure's diversification over the years with examples from its past and any diversification it might be considering for the future.
