Al-Amal Industrial Company produces one product, and the quantity of production in the month of December - (2019), was 10,000 units, of which 8000 units were sold at a price of 100 riyals per unit. The industrial costs during this month were as follows: Direct wages Direct indirect variable industrial cost Fixed industrial indirect cost The company expects the following in January - 2020 10,000 units will be produced, and 3000 units will be kept (available capacity 15000 units for production, 10,000 units for marketing. Increase in direct materials prices by 5% The efficiency of workers increases by 10% A new machine is purchased at a cost of 125,000 riyals, sold after 5 years at 5,000 riyals, and a new store is rented, the monthly rent of which is 1,000 riyals. Variable marketing costs are estimated at 5 riyals per unit, and fixed at 3000 riyals. Administrative and financing costs are estimated 4000 riyals Required: Prepare a list of industrial costs for the month of January - 2020, according to the method of charging the total and variable costs.
