Based on the company production forecast, it shown that the production output will increase 25% by using this new machine. It is the company policy to use straight line method at the rate 20% on monthly basis to depreciate their non-current assets. Howard Trading closes its book of accounts on 31 December every year. As at 1 September 2020, the business disposed one of the machines purchased previously in year 2018 from Shanghai Tech to get on additional source of financing.
