- Three days later; B faxed A saying : your offer is accepted
- A replied: Sorry; I have withdrawn this offer; and the price of the mobile phones is now 150$ per unit.
Questions:
1) Is A bound by the first offer he made to B ? Is he allowed to withdraw from his offer before Bs reply? Justify
