The goods will be delivered upon payment.

This offer is exclusively made for you and shall remain open for a period of 10 days.

- Three days later; B faxed A saying : your offer is accepted

- A replied: Sorry; I have withdrawn this offer; and the price of the mobile phones is now 150$ per unit.

Questions:

1) Is A bound by the first offer he made to B ? Is he allowed to withdraw from his offer before Bs reply? Justify

Assume that B replied the following on As offer: I will buy the goods being offered and the unit price that Im willing to pay is 100$.

2) Do you consider B answer as an acceptance to the offer made by A ? If not; why and what is it called? Explain clearly by listing the rules of acceptance
