On 15^th December 2020, Spicy Hot Newspaper carried the following story titled "Senior legislator caught red handed in sex scandal" and the story read as follows.

"The grapevine has it that there is a sex scandal in the corridors of power at the August House here in Uganda. The female Head of the Legislature is said to have been nailed at least 10 members of the House and in fact might be expecting a child from one of them. She is even said to have paid off one of the members to keep quiet about their escapades."

Hon. Rebecca Kadaga has seen this article and would like to sue the newspaper for its statement.
